M7 TWIN BLOCKMAKING MACHINE
 The
machine runs on diesel engine or 3 phase 440 volt electric
motor and includes hydraulic power pack running 2x compression
chambers both including cylinders, pre-compacting top gate
assembly, loading assembly, all fitted on a trailer inclusive
of spring axle, tow hitch and road tyres.
Production: 400 - 430 blocks per hour
PAN MIXER
 Stationary
model with capacity suitable to feed respective Hydraform
machines. The mixer is available in blender format and is
available in blender or blender + grinder format for effective
mixing of raw materials like soil / Fly ash / sand / lime
/ gypsum as per raw material requirement.
The mixers run on 3 phase , 440 volt electric motor and
gear box.

BLOCK CUTTER & BLOCK TESTER
  The
HYDRAFORM block tester is designed to be used as a quality
control tool enabling the block producer to monitor the block
strength. The block tester is simple to operate and delivers
block strength in MPa or say kg/cm². It can test block
strength from 1- 150 Kg/cm2.
The HYDRAFORM block cutter is designed to cut HF 220 block
size into smaller size from a standard HYDRAFORM block. The
equipment is easy to use.
M7 S2E & D BLOCKMAKING MACHINE
 HYDRAFORM
M7 S2 D and E blockmaking machines are Stationary HYDRAFORM
blockmaking machine with twin compression chambers. This machine
consists of three separate units: a Power pack plus 2 chambers.
The hydraulic Power pack is inclusive of an + - 11 kW 2 pole
foot and flange 3 phase 440 volt electric motor/ +- 11 kW
Diesel Engine fitted on a static frame, running 2 x compression
chambers individually mounted on separate frames, both including
cylinders, pre-compacting top gate assembly, loading assembly.
The chambers are connected to the Power Pack via quick couplers
and extended hydraulic hoses.
